Update gh-pages to be independent from master #11

gh-pages branch should not contain the tablemate source and rather look directly at the master branch source. This allows the demo to automatically use the most up-to-date source without doing PRs.

This also allows the demo site to be independent from the functionality of the portable demo in master.
