Merge Cross-Tabulation and Adv Cross-Tabulation #6

Currently there are two somewhat overlapping methods of detecting cross-tabulation. Once advanced cross-tabulation is complete, merge the code of the two together removing the overlap and keep it under the common name "Cross-Tabulation".

Now that the advanced cross-tabulation code has landed in the repo, all that is left is optimising before I can merge it over the current main cross-tabulation code (and then refer it simply as "cross-tabulation" rather than "advanced cross-tabulation").

Most of the merge is done, need to go over the tests to make sure there are no references to advanced cross tabulation specifically.
