Some parts of the torch only displays ASCII characters. #837

I have changed the description of the torch in "langƟitem_names.json" to the following.

"tool_torch": { "name_identified": "torchトーチ", "name_unidentified": "torchトーチ" },

But, only ASCII characters are displayed in the game.

I would like this part to be compatible with Unicode display as well.

I found out that it is possible to display hankaku-kana characters. I think maybe this will not be supported, so I will close it. thanks
