Hole in the object is not cut first #12

I have several objects with holes and generated code first cut outside borders and only after that holes are tried to be cut. But object drops because it's already cut outside.

In Inkscape I put the holes on one layer and outside cut on another layer and make the layer with the holes below the outside layer.
