Have parts of each player model use the client's effect color(s) #35

Have playable characters use client's effect color(s) to colorize parts of the
model.

I think currently only color1 can be used in shaders, but not color2. This may
be good enough?

Example: The Rabbit's clothes could use the effects color(s). It makes it
easier to tell players apart (when they are using different colors).

The quake3 way would be multiple skins for each player (although it was
normally limited to 4 skins max).

The scoreboard is planned to show skin icons (not head models). Should the icon
be colorized as well so players can be identified by color on scoreboard?
(Currently pointing at player in-game shows their name, so it's still possible
to know whose-who without this.)
