Create a list of pseudo bills based on an uneven split. They should be grouped together when editing/displayed. The uneven should be hidden under an advance tag

With https://github.com/Turtle6665/BillBliss/commit/825b3d478e2c5baef8e6f47630d5a93c41d3c6aa the edit bills doesn't work yet when using the advance option
