How is the gamemaker version set to 2023.2.0.0 even though pizza tower was compiled using 2022.9.0.0 #29

I got the switch port to run on iOS using some random gamemaker game on the app store, But i'm just wondering how it was changed

Hopefull there is a android version of this game so maybe pizza tower can be player on android too!!
