Please don't make any more issues for GSSoC and PRs won't be merged #546

Due to plagiarism issue I was asked to stop merging PRs and also assigning issues. Hope GSSoC 2022 was nice journey to you guys and thanks for co-operating.

@TusharAMD please look to my 4 pr's that you have marked under plagiarism which are actually not as those are just maths function and u can't change them from one code to another

Actually I have got a google sheet in which all PRs are mentioned which I am supposed to remove.

but then there should actually be plagiarism, it has to be removed only if found, u are supposed to cross check it bro.

u tell me if i give code for checking a palindrome number, how will it be different from any other site online, so my codes were mathematical functions that cant be changed because that's its functionality, if its that critical...lower the level label from 3 to 2 but please cross check them
