Directly get a single trophy title by using an accountId & npCommunicationId #224

Hello there,

I need to check the progress of a specific game the user has, so is there any way I can get a specific trophy title from psn without iterating through all user titles, I do have the accountId of the user & the npCommunicationId of the title.
