Is it possible to get all the trophies for all the games?

Not through the API. Maybe https://games.directory can give you what you need.

I doubt I have ALL the games, but it's quite an extensive list of games. I'm struggling with Japanese games as I don't have many users having them, but I do monitor users like Hakoom and Ikemenzi which will probably give you more than you need.

Let me know if you need access and I can sort you with an API key.

There is also associations in serialstation.com which has a private API. But unfortunately there's not a way through the official "unofficial" APIs I can see 😞
