[BUG] Kivy Fatal Error #2

Well, I used to be able to download just fine, and now this showed up: image

In the mobile version, it's not possible to input the link for the researcher.

That's weird. Could you try go to your user folder (C:\Users\yourname) and look for folder named .kivy, and there open file config.ini. In this file find multisamples under [graphics], and change it to multisamples = 0.
