Enter multiple ampache backends #13

Hey,

Great plugin. It would be awesome if one could add multiple ampache URLs, and 
have individual items on the left.

This shouldn't actually be too hard to do.
The AmpacheBrowerSource should get the credentials as a parameter (now its 
reading it directly from gsettings) so more than one instance can be created: 
quite easy and actually better design.
Then the configuration needs to be extended to accommodate more than one 
source: that's a bit more complicated as I can't think of a sensible ui
Finally an AmpacheBrowserSource instance should be created for each source.

Everything else should work.
Not that big a job. Any volunteers?
