get_errors that extracts error messages

get_all_config_with_options a time consuming method that gathers all the cid that uses the given options

get_all_cid gets all the cid that either build or fail.

The joy of merging jupyter notebooks ;) Coz yes in the meantime I've also modified this file. It's a well-known problem actually...
