Can we have a dataframe (exported as CSV using pandas) in which we have basically two columns cid and error_message?

It is useful to have an offline version of the databases' logs instead of querying each time... Of course only for the 3000+ failures.
I would like to experiment a bit with clusters and pre-defined patterns...
