Incorrect File Size HM DS #30

Hello, i play Harvest Moon DS on my Nintendo2DSXL with the TwilightMenu++. Now i bought the Original gamecard and i would like restore the save game file. But the save file from TwilightMenu have 512kb , but the game card have 256kb.

I hope you can help me.
