We need to develop a Mort NPC to go in the lab using OOP

[x] Mort has to stand on the platform and appear ONLY in the lab backdrop
[x] He should have his own hitbox that triggers an interaction when collision is true
[x] Interaction base code is in a branch, can utilize this when NPC object is done
