Settings Control Dim

• [x] Find out where I would have to put a dim feature in settingsControl.js
• [x] Translate my dim code over from Leaderboard.js
• [ ] Maybe look into a Dim.js file to make things more organized

Closing issue 5/23, after review it doesn't seem necessary to add a dim.js file since dim was only added in two places
