Implementation for issue #48 #49

This PR conforms to the Angular Package Format 5.0, as documented at https://goo.gl/jB3GVv. Since it mandates to specify the target to either "es5" or "es2015", a couple of TypeScript errors had to be corrected in a few source files.

It also expected a file called "src/style.css".

This PR closes issues #30 and #46.
