Quotation marks left out #105

Quotation marks in Twee text are not displayed in zcode file

Quotation marks in Twee are used to mark bold styled text - if they where to appear in the Z Code file they either need to be \ escaped or inside a mono space environment - Georg and I will be taking a look at the parser / lexer tomorrow

I fixed the order of the parameters of the text formatting routine in master branch (Due to Danni's fix this routine expected a wrong parameter to be set by a call command). But this routine is never invoked due to the last changes in master branch, so no type of text formatting works

Formatting should now work as intended ...
