What does this PR do?

This PR goes through the entire project and cleans up code. It does the following:

Removes unnecessary console.log()
Removes commented out code
Removes unused variables or import requirements
Removes unused endpoints and associated tests (testing % went down by one percent 👎 )

Where should the reviewer start?

There are a lot of modified files here. Each one has been tweaked by one or more of the above
