Fix javadoc errors where misplaced author annotation adding the rest of javadoc as author info
Add missing and incomplete javadoc
Clean up unnecessary type usages where inference is possible
Simplify test classes for better readability
Update format for consistency

Changes in org-tweetyproject-arg-dung/pom.xml

Remove duplicate org.tweetyproject.math dependency

Changes in root pom:

Add version to maven-javadoc-plugin
Format to have consistent spacing
