IRC dark cyan, cyan, blue: is turned into MC cyan, blue, dark cyan:

MC dark cyan, blue, cyan: is turned into IRC blue, cyan, dark cyan:

I'm happy to look into correcting this and potentially the other issues I've opened myself; which branch is easiest/best for a PR? mc189?
