[1.18.2] Auto Compressor item dupe with Mekanism

Describe the Issue

Using a Logistical Transporter to empty the Auto Compressor dupes the item in the input area. To reproduce, connect the Auto Compressor with a Logistical Transporter to a chest and set the Logistical Transporter to extract from the Compressor. As soon as an item is put into the input area of the compressor, it is moved continuously to the chest without removing it from the input area. Entries in the log are probably related to this behavior. It's not only with Mekanism, got same dupe with every other item pipes

Closing since 1.18 is no longer supported, we'll see if this reoccurs on the 1.20.1 port

Yes, bug occurs in 1.20.1. Tested for Mekanism and Pipez pipes.
