Ctrl + Click breaks the inventory when another creative tab is open #24

Describe the Issue

When in Creative mode, when looking through the other tabs, clicking anywhere with Ctrl held down will cause weird behaviour. Items from the inventory will be moved to the hotbar if you click on their approximate position shifted up by a few pixels. Sometimes, this will leave ghost items, which disappear upon opening another GUI. Clicking on the bottommost row of blocks, the items from the hotbar row right below will be sent into your inventory.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge)?

No. Tested on a clean instance.

small note: i've noticed this behaviour parralels the inventory ctrl+click behaviour in survival, which doesn't work in the regular inventory in creative
