Feature request making all portals lead back to your own base. #29

I like to prevent people from using the Nether to travel around. Many moons ago there was a bukkit plugin that made the nether a 1 to 1. I like to have something more simple / config option I think that be well suited for this mod and have all nether portals lead back to the portal you had entered from if possible.
