Trying it out, it could be used as a reserve distributed search engine and would give hints for the crawling process:

Run YaCy app and then: http://localhost:8090/

Some statistics: 135 active peers last hour, 140 last day, I'm not sure how much of the global users are listed as "peers" and are these all global users which seems too small.

I tried some searches and explored the Administrator/Crawling dialogs, but haven't run crawling jobs yet. To Do later.
