[Feature request] Add Security Actions as Warden Actions

Describe the feature you'd like to see Warden actions that can trigger Discord's server security actions

• Pause Invites
• Pause DMs

The limit to these actions on the client side seem to be up to 24 hours.

Example: pause-invites: 2 hours pause-dms: 24 hours

• additional idea that this could be used for the join raid module as an action itself

With the introduction of security actions, it would be nice to see this also support pausing DMs (if possible)
