Add a user agent option #1107

I'd really appreciate an option to change my user agent mostly so I can use Twidere over Tor without being identified by my user agent.

The user agent is determined by the OAuth application key used. So, you need to obtain such a key, enter it in Twidere and then re-authenticate (by removing the account from Twidere, then, when you re-login, use one of the icons at the top to enter a different key. Only if you re-login afterwards (i.e. need to enter your password), that other key will be in use.)
