[BUG] GNU social: "commenting a note" error

When commenting a note, it doesn't actually send the note that should be commented, just the comment.

• Version: 3.2.8 (F-droid)
• Device: BQ Aquaris M5
• Android Version: Android 6.0.1 Stock

  Steps to reproduce

  1. Select a GNU social account
  2. Select a GS note to comment
  3. Press the RT button
  4. Comment the note
  5. Press enter button.

     Expected result

A commented note. Eg:

Comment (post A)

Link of the comment + Preview of the note (post B)

The "real" note (A) that comment the other post (B) would be actually just

Comment A \n Link of post B

Does GS have special API for that? I can make an some detection logic for commenting on GS.

@moshpirit Thanks, I tried to find their newest API docs but seems kinda outdated, it would be nice if we can find a new one, then I can make more improvements for GNU social/StatusNet.
