Added rename to extracted Wine binary

Same fix can be applied to other scripts as well

Whats the point of this PR?

When the wine binary is downloaded and extracted the folder pre pull request is "Twig6943-ElementalWarrior-Wine-binaries" which then causes an issue with line 67 as the script is expecting "ElementalWarriorWine"
