Broadcast number cap #14

Hey!

I use the broadcast feature regularly and wondered if there is a cap on the number of numbers that can be used per-broadcast.

@kwhinnery This was not a clear issue.

The problem I was articulated was referencing the limited method for sending requests to Twilio. If there are over 50+ phone numbers in the broadcast list, the URL times out. I believe I know the cause of this, but there isn't any sign in the application that this becomes a problem.
