Some small improvements #1

This PR adds:

Simple README file
Add highlighting of the non GSM7 characters: this is really useful to quickly identify which characters cause the message to be change encoding
Add legend at the bottom of the page (mainly to explain the non GSM-7 highlighting)

@smendes while working on the npm package, I thought about some small improvements to the tool. The non GSM7 highlight is a feature that can be really useful for users to understand how to keep the message to the least amount of segments
