This PR contains the walkthrough.md for this objective. This walkthrough is relatively simple, there are differences in flag usage between rm on *nix and the Powershell alias for Remove-Item, but they will be better dealt with in fs-15-rmr.
I've added the rest of the files for the objective here, if you want to roll validators etc into this branch. If so, this PR closes #13.
