Include donation links to Venmo, CashApp and PayPal #196

We want to be able to quickly link to a broad range of fundraising platforms for accepting donations from the map, i.e. launching Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp from the map.

Dallas is very interested in seeing how often folks are already using the map as a donation tool before we move forward on this - #184 would include that, right?
