Increase Network Timeout and make it configurable #151

Current Situation / Problem Network timeout is hard-coded to 30s. Seems like this can be too short for OpenSky tracking data at times. Issues since v1.20 with some users suggest that the service can be sluggish.

As the timeout is hard-coded users have no chance to remediate the situation.

Suggested Solution

[x] Quick shot: Increase timeout to 90s.
[x] Make it an entry in the config file.
[x] Maybe even in Advamced Settings...

Benefits Ability to react to network problems.
