Aircraft on the ground are considered for AI/TCAS.
Regarding pure TCAS operations this is unrealistic, TCAS works for airborne planes only.
Note, however, that the planes selected for AI/TCAS are the very same forwarded via the multiplayer interface to 3rd party tools (maps, camera...), for which taxiing planes might be interesting.
Suggested Solution
An option to switch off AI/TCAS for planes on the ground.

User can decide for more realistic TCAS behaviour.
