FSCharter interface will change from live_traffic to live-traffic #226

Current Situation / Problem
FSCharter API uses endpoint
/api/live_traffic.Suggested Solution
This endpoint is going to be renamed to
/api/live-traffic, ie. underscore replaced with dash.Benefits
Adherence to resource naming conventions according to https://restfulapi.net/resource-naming/ section 2.2.4.
