Current Situation / Problem

No free tracking data source

Suggested Solution

Add connection to adsb.fi via their opendata API, which seems in format to be identical to ADS-B Exchange v2, which LiveTraffic already supports.

Benefits

Free tracking data.

Suggested by an X-Plane.org user via private message.

Implementation

[X] Ask permission. We should fall under their terms & conditions, but we prefer playing it fair.
[x] Await permission
[x] Separate out the ADSBEx parsing code into a parent class from which to derive the existing ADSBEx class
[x] Add adsbfi as another derived class under the new parent class, so both share the same parsing
