Reactivate internal map layer once XPD-10825 is fixed #12

Describe the bug XP 11.50 Beta 9 introduced a bug that made X-Plane crash as soon as the map is moved a certain distance, ie. the projection parameters changed.

I could reproduce the problem with a slightly changed sample map plugin and filed a bug with Laminar. It was accepted as XPD-10825.

As a workaround XPMP2 disabled the internal map layer. Instead, X-Plane now draws some standard icons into the map for the first 63 planes.

Expected behavior This issue is entered to remind myself to reactivate the internal map layer once XPD-10825 gets fixed and the fix published in a XP (beta) release.

XPD-10825 is fixed in X-Plane 11.50 Beta 10.
