The UI links act like the real thing, which could be a cause
duplicates of the linked files are created, but only the 2nd versions are correct...

The second file is confirmed, 100% correct

The Backend was selecting the "true" line while the UI showed that the linked line was selected. Still suspecting that this is due to future child linking

All links create duplicates? Deciding which one to keep depends on if they are forwards or backwards links

Patched using the idea that the longest content file should be the one that is correct (i.e. updated with the most recent dialogue lines).

This was essentially fixed by the zip functionality as it overwrites any existing mcfunctions with the most recent generated mcfunction of the same name
