Actions are not Synced between link parent and link children (UI/BE only; MC ok)

Note: Conditions are already synced between link parent and link child

• Since we use the "most recent version" for all functions, we actually do pick up the "correct" list of actions solely because we added the link to our model last
  • Note that the model itself is incorrect
  • We should check if the node is a link before adding conditions/actions, and then add the condition/action to both that node, the link parent, and all link siblings of that node
  • ✅ Go ahead and check that the conditions are doing the same while you are here

Copied some functionality from the conditional system. Turns out we weren't even adding the actions to the undo mechanics. Both of these have been fixed.
