These are outstanding additions to Subtlety Rogue that didn't make it in to the initial relase in #285 .

[x] Change threshold line color if the next use will be buffed by Finality.
[x] Change threshold line color of Shuriken Storm when buffed by Silent Storm.
~~[ ] Master of Shadows support - passive incoming Energy?~~ Not bothering
[x] Symbols of Death
- Bar text
- Color change of some sort?
- [x] Shadowcraft indication on border
