Most of the languages supported in the addon don't have any translators working on them currently. This leads to an odd mishmash of English and the native locale due to pulling some strings from the client.
While certainly not perfect, Google Translate may get us 80% of the way there in terms of readability and understanding. Proposing the following:
Add extra localization files that have Google Translated strings in them. Load these first.
Replace these strings with any strings done and confirmed by a human translator.
