I've set Rasha'nan to 59% because that's the lowest it could possibly be. I'm going to investigate detecting the HP at the end of P1 and using it to gauge when the encounter should end based on what's been described here: https://www.wowhead.com/news/rashanan-health-breakpoints-in-dawnbreaker-dont-waste-lust-and-cooldowns-347732
