Set default box-sizing for .k-header and .k-days #104

Added default box-sizing styles to the spans within .kalendae .k-header and .k-days. This should alleviate issues with frameworks like Zurb Foundation, which set box-sizing to 'border-box' for the entire page.

I have this in my own css now, I think it could just be merged. It is just enforces browser defaults.

I want to switch kalendae over to border-box for the entire control, but I've not had time to get to it.
