[1.18.2] Distillation tower accepts fluids with to recipe

Current Behaviour

The distillation tower accepts any fluid even when it doesn't have a recipe to process them. This makes it imposible to take out the fluid unless it is broken and reformed.

Expected Behaviour

The distillation tower should only accept fluids when it is able to process them.

Reproduction Steps

1. Form the distillation tower.
2. Input a fluid that it cannot process using a barrel.
