Updated ckeditor.js to latest version #11

Updated ckeditor.js to latest version (CKEditor 3.6.3, released on 17 April 2012) after trouble with "Browse Server" not working.

Thanks! I noticed this bug in the latest version of Chrome, but didn't have time to work out a fix of it. Never thought updating ckeditor was the fix

Also updated the plugins accordingly to the latest CKEditor version
