Fixed issues with multiple instances of the editor. #17

I'm aware of this, but the problem of this fix is that it raises issues when CKEditor get's instantiated dynamicly by other extensions (like tabbed textarea for example). Needs further thinking...

Fixed this. Tabbed Textarea might be quirky now, but I'll see and fix that in the future (yeah right!)
