CKEditor version 4? #25

@kanduvisla - are you planning on updating this extension with the new CKEditor library, version 4?

As soon as I have time, yes.

I also have ideas for customizing the toolbar and plugins etc. using Symphony preferences, but that's another story.

Would you mind, updating the extension.meta.xml with a new version number and the README reflecting the CKEditor version 4?
