Application Process Fails to submit #20

Application process fails to submit intermittently. User account creation is successful but does not pull all data from Twitch API.

Database rework - in progress Backend rewrite - in progress

Will handle the application process differently, if not all streamer data is retrieved via API initially, will pull the data via Twitch ID during scheduled maintenance task.
